Our friend and co-worker DANA BERGMAN celebrated her 30th b-day today by having dinner at YONG FEN LOU CHINESE BUFFET in CAPITAL BLVD.

This is the 1st time i've been there, there is a pretty good selection of food, so much choices that i ate like a pig! ............. who would'nt, when you're paying 15 dollars for one dinner buffet ..... LOL!   just trying to get my money's worth. ......... MY OH MY, I THINK I'M HAVING A STOMACH ACHE!
