"healthy food"

my day always start's at 10 or 11am, i cooked my lunch everyday and most of the time this is what i eat which is STIR FRY VEGETABLES ( for lunch).




                                                        i love GARLIC!
                                           more garlic, the better!
                                   CARROTS, BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER 
STIR FRY IN SHIITAKE MUSHROOM VEGETARIAN STIR FRY SAUCE
