ADOBO for my friends & co-workers, i should have posted them yesterday but i have completely forgotten this pics in my camera.

some of the chicken legs that i was frying after a day of marinating, just frying them half cooked before cooking them fully in the marinating sauce.

plenty of GARLIC, that's the secret!
